Shipments Outside the Continental United States
Shipments outside of the Continental United States (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) will be at a higher fee. Rates will be calculated manually and e-mailed within 2 business days.
International Orders
We gladly accept International orders. Payment must be made in United States funds, drawn on a United States Bank by MasterCard or Visa. Credit card payments require the cardholder's billing address and shipping address, phone and fax numbers, card number and expiration date, and the credit card issuing bank name and phone number for authorization purposes. Complete address verification is necessary before orders will be shipped. Shipping rates for all International orders must be calculated manually and will be e-mailed within 2 business days. Recipient is responsible for all duties, customs, and any other taxes.
Out of Stock Products
Most of our orders ship within 2 - 5 business days. Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally run out of particular items. If an item you order is on backorder, we will notify you via e-mail.

We at FISH 24/7 make every effort to provide you with the lowest prices, while adhering to our manufacturer's minimum retail pricing. All prices and descriptions listed are subject to change without notice. Any product may be removed from current sale at any time. We strive to provide the most accurate information to our customers. Typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction.
Sales Tax
FISH 24/7 is located in Suffolk County, New York State. We are required by law to collect 8.75% sales tax on all orders shipped within New York State only. If an order is placed in New York but shipped to a location outside of New York State, it is not subject to sales tax. Please note New York State considers shipping charges to be part of an order, therefore we must tax the total of your order including the shipping charges.
Confidentiality
FISH 24/7 does not disclose to anyone for any reason the identity of our customers including phone numbers, email, and addresses. We suggest that you give us an email address so that we may communicate with you regarding shipment for tracking numbers and expected delivery date.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return unused items in the original packaging with all accessories within 15 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must be in new condition in original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories and possess the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print or type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to shipping return material. You will receive this number as well as the address of where to ship the return via e-mail. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without return authorization. The return authorization is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. Return authorizations are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the return authorization.
Product Warranties
FISH 24/7 is a reseller of fishing tackle and fishing related products and we do not warranty or guarantee any of the products sold in our online or retail stores. Most manufacturers whose products we sell offer warranties. After 25 days from ship date, any damaged or defective product that is under warranty must be returned to the manufacturer.
